I have followed the work of Dilorenzo and Kinsella for some time now and I give significant credit to both for my intellectual development. Significant enough that I was completely taken aback to hear that Jared Taylor has been invited to speak at this conference. Jared Taylor is an unabashed ‘race purist’ (i.e. racist). Please see one of his articles as evidence (http://www.vdare.com/articles/race-purists-are-they-slightly-nuts-jared-taylor-responds-to-john-derbyshire). Either the officers here:
    1) Didn’t know, which would mean a serious failure in the responsibilities of your office
    2) Don’t care to associate with racist, which is complete moral failure
    3) Agree and are racists themselves

I would very much like to know which one it is.

Not sure I agree with your choices. I’m not racist. I haven’t followed Taylor enough to classify his thought. I see nothing wrong with speaking or listening to people that we disagree with. I don’t go for guilt by association. I am only responsible for my own views, which I try to be very clear about.
