Hoppe, Fusillo, Kinsella Speak at Liberland Constitution Celebration

Hans-Hermann Hoppe (Germany/Turkey), Stephan Kinsella (USA), and Alessandro Fusillo (Italy) were guests and speakers at the Liberland Christmas Party and Constitution Celebration held in Prague at the elegant Le Palais Art Hotel in Prague on 19 Dec. 2025. Invited by long-time PFS member and Liberland President and Founder Vít Jedlička, the gathering featured speeches, presentations, a press conference, and various awards, presentations, and announcements. President Jedlička awarded the Liberland Award of Merit to Professor Hoppe and Mr. Kinsella, and citizenship and passports to Mr. Kinsella and Mr. Fusillo. On 19th December 2025, Liberland will host one of the most significant gatherings in its history: the Reading of the Constitution of the Free Republic of Liberland, paired with a festive Christmas Party at the elegant Le Palais Art Hotel in Prague.

This landmark event is not only a celebration of the holiday season but also a defining moment for the Liberland community, as the Constitution will be formally reviewed before its submission to the Constitutional Referendum. The occasion brings together citizens, supporters, and international guests for a day that blends intellectual debate, political ceremony, and cultural festivity.

A Day in Two Acts: Press Conference and Celebration

The programme begins with a press conference, where the Ministry of Justice and members of the Liberland Congress will address the global media, outlining the principles and vision enshrined in the Constitution. This legal framework emphasizes property rights, individual sovereignty, direct meritocracy, and the prohibition of taxation—cornerstones of Liberland’s philosophy of liberty.

Following this official reading, the mood will shift toward celebration. The Christmas Party will feature a ceremonial segment where state awards and certificates will be presented to distinguished contributors to the Liberland project. The festive atmosphere will symbolize both the joy of the season and the optimism for Liberland’s future.

Special Guests: Hans-Hermann Hoppe and Libertarian Thinkers

One of the most notable highlights of the event will be the presence of Hans-Hermann Hoppe, the renowned libertarian philosopher and economist.
